  • Is brown rice really better for you than white rice?
    The answer really depends on your personal circumstances and preferences. In terms of health, if you have type 2 diabetes, prediabetes or other blood-sugar concerns, you'd want to choose brown rice. But, if you need to follow a low-fiber diet, white rice would be a better option.
  • Can I pick up on other days?
    No, pickup is only available Sundays from 10am - 12pm & 3pm - 5pm, Mondays from 9am - 11am, and Tuesdays from 9am - 11am.
  • Can I pick up at a different time?
    If you need to reschedule your pickup, please email us to coordinate an alternate time.
  • What is the portion size for the sides?
    All sides are 1 cup.
